Agreements on municipal placements support a managed transition of refugees to municipalities and a prompt start to integration. Do the following
The municipality contacts the Economic Development Centre. The Economic Development Centre may also contact the municipality to initiate agreement negotiations.
The municipality decides on the reception of refugees according to its own decision-making procedures.
To whom and on what terms
As a precondition for signing the contract and receiving reimbursements, the municipality must have an integration programme in place.
