In Suomi.fi Messages, the end user can inform the authorities that they wish to receive official mail digitally instead of paper mail. The end user will receive a notification of new messages in their email and can read the messages through Suomi.fi or in the Suomi.fi mobile application.
In e-Authorizations, the end user can authorise another party to act on their behalf or on behalf of their company or organisation. For example, the end user can authorise another person to get their prescription medicines from the pharmacy or the accounting agency to manage their company’s tax matters.
Suomi.fi e-Identification is a shared identification service of the public administration e-services in Finland. It is used in those e-services of the authorities in which users must be identified reliably.
When the end user identifies themselves on Suomi.fi, they can move to services such as MyTax or Kela's e-services directly from Suomi.fi, with the same identification. Thanks to this one-time login, the end user does not need separately log into e-services that use Suomi.fi e-Identification.
