Content cooperation
The guides of the Suomi.fi Web Service help citizens and companies in various situations, particularly in stressful ones:
- The guides answer questions customers may have and make it easier to manage matters.
- In the guides, complicated issues have been explained in a way that is easier to understand.
- The questions at the beginning of the guide aim to provide the reader with instructions and services concerning their situation.
Suomi.fi content cooperation is a way for the Digital and Population Data Services Agency to produce guides by means of methods from design and customer insight based on research. In this content cooperation model,
- the Digital and Population Data Services Agency puts together a cross-administrative content network
- the content network designs and produces the structure and contents of the guide together.
The guides also help organisations that provide services because jointly produced contents reduce failure demand in organisations that provide services. As a result, unnecessary contacts will decrease and each organisation can focus on its own customer service.
