Do the following
- Book an appointment for applying for an alien’s passport at a service point of the Finnish Immigration Service.
- Bring with you the attachments needed for the application.
- To submit an application for an alien’s passport, visit a service point of the Finnish Immigration Service in person.
- We process your application.
- You can supplement or cancel your application while it is being processed.
- You will receive the decision by post.
- Send your old passport to the Finnish Immigration Service.
- You can appeal if you are not satisfied with the decision.
