Endorsement of the customs status of Union goods exiting Finland can be requested EU’s Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system.
When Union goods arrive in Finland and they have proof of Union status obtained from the Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system, the goods must be presented to Customs to determine their customs status.
Present the Union goods arriving in Finland by submitting a presentation notification in the Customs Clearance Service or as a message (FI332). The goods must have an MRN obtained from the Proof of Union Status (PoUS) system with the penultimate character ‘P’.
