Compensation for arranging rehabilitative work

Wellbeing services counties responsible for arranging rehabilitative work may be reimbursed for the costs of organizing the activities. The precondition for compensation is that the activities are organised in accordance with the Act on Rehabilitation Work Activities and as defined in the activation plan or multidisciplinary employment plan.

Do the following

Apply for payment in the e-service within two calendar years from the year the rehabilitative work activity ended. Logga in i e-tjänsten med bankkoder, mobilcertifikat eller certifikatkort. Fyll i utbetalningsansökan noggrant under fliken Utbetalningar och bifoga de nödvändiga bilagorna.

In the e-service, the application can be submitted by an authorised person. Persons without separate authorisation can act on behalf of an organisation if they have an existing mandate for transactions or a right based on register data.

The mandate theme for e-service is Applying for subsidies for employment, environment, business and transport. The mandate theme is specified by the identifier KUTY.

Authorised persons act on behalf of their organisation through Suomi.fi e-Identification. The service verifies the person's right to use the service when logging in. In addition to authorisations, organisations need a Business ID to use the e-service.

Authorisation follows the instructions for Suomi.fi e-Authorizations.

To whom and on what terms

KEHA Centre pays the compensation on the basis of the activation plan or multidisciplinary employment plan.

Compensation is paid retrospectively for the days on which the customer has participated in rehabilitating work activities. Compensation is paid for a maximum of four days per week.

The costs are reimbursed afterwards on a monthly basis or at the request of the wellbeing services county for longer periods.
