Credit due to a maintenance obligation

You can receive credit due to maintenance obligation if you pay child support. There must be an agreement on maintenance confirmed by the social welfare board or a court decision.
The credit is ⅛ of the amount you have paid. However, the credit shall not exceed EUR 80 per year for each minor. The child is a minor if he or she is under 17 years of age at the beginning of the year (1 January).
Do the following
Report the credit due a maintenance obligation on the tax card and prepayment application or on the pre-completed tax return in MyTax.
