Do the following
Contact Hemma’s customer service by phone or via our website. We will respond no later than the next business day and arrange a free assessment visit. During the assessment we review the client’s needs and agree on how the service will begin.
The service may be provided VAT-exempt if the criteria are met based on a professional assessment. For self-paid services, clients may be eligible for the household tax deduction according to Finnish Tax Administration guidelines.
To whom and on what terms
The service is intended for clients who need support at home due to reduced functional ability, illness, recovery or challenges in daily life.
The service can be VAT-exempt if the client has a functional limitation that prevents independent coping. Eligibility is assessed by a professional and does not depend on age.
Clients paying privately may receive the household tax deduction, provided the service is not paid with a service voucher. A service voucher may also be available depending on the client’s wellbeing services county.
