To receive the service, the customer must contact the service provider. After the initial contact, the customer’s need for the service is reviewed together and the type of assistance required is agreed upon. After that, the content of the service, the schedule and the practical arrangements are agreed. The service begins once the customer and the service provider have entered into an agreement on providing the service.
