We offer guidance and counselling to immigrants in Sipoo, for example in matters related to integration. Our service languages are Finnish, Swedish, and English. We also use interpretation services.

We provide services by telephone, by appointment (tel. 040 619 7899), and at easily accessible counselling and advice desks where no appointment is required:
In Nikkilä on Mondays 1p.m. to 4p.m. at Pohjoinen Koulutie 2, 04130 Sipoo (Nikkilä library, entrance through the back door). NOTICE: 27.7.2026 CLOSED.
In Söderkulla on Wednesdays 1p.m. to 4p.m. at Amiraalintie 2, 01150 Sipoo (S-market building, library premises, 2nd floor). NOTICE: 1.6.-31.7.2026 the guidance desk in Söderkulla will operate by appointment only. You can book an appointment by sending a text message or calling the number 0401916033.
To whom and on what terms
Immigration Services are primarily meant for immigrants who have lived permanently in Finland for under three years. Their clientship ends, or is transferred to services directed to the entire population, usually within three years from moving to Finland permanently.
