Here's how to get help from the service:
- Choose a contact method: You can call the hotline, send a message or call via WhatsApp, leave a callback request via email or join the chat.
- Call or send a message: The hotline is open weekdays from 10 am to 4 pm. If you choose WhatsApp, you can send a message at any time, and you will be answered as soon as possible.
- Visit the chat during opening hours: The chat is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 4 pm. The chat conversation is anonymous and works in Finnish and English.
- Tell us about your situation: During the contact, you can describe your situation and needs. An employee or volunteer will help you find solutions and the services you need.
- Follow the instructions you receive: If necessary, you will be directed to further services, such as legal or health support.

The service is intended for people living in Finland without a right of residence who need support or advice. The service can be contacted anonymously and there are no additional criteria.
