If the material you want is not in Libraries of Lapland, it can be ordered for you as an interlibrary loan from other libraries in Finland.
Interlibrary loans can be made in all branches of Rovaniemi City Library.

To whom and on what terms
To place an interlibrary loan request, you need a Libraries of Lapland library card. If you don’t have a library card, you can get one at the library by presenting a valid ID.
You may have up to 20 interlibrary loans either on loan or on order at a time.
An interlibrary loan can be renewed for up to a year, provided there are no reservations for it and the lending library’s loan terms allow the renewal.
Interlibrary loans cannot be requested if your library card has outstanding fees of €10 or more.
Overdue charges set by Libraries of Lapland and the Rovaniemi City Library also apply to interlibrary loans.
