Interlibrary loan service for individual customers
Through the interlibrary loan service, you can request materials that are not available in the library's own collection or in the libraries of the Heili consortium. Borrowing and requesting materials require a valid library card. Interlibrary loan requests can be made using an online form, during a library visit, by email, or by phone.

Please provide the following information in the interlibrary loan request:
- name and author of the work/material
- year of publication/edition (if relevant)
- your library card number
- desired pick-up location
- in course book requests, your place of study
- the date, if any, on which the loan is required at the latest (the order expires after this date).
Interlibrary loans are visible in your loans in the online library. However, interlibrary loans cannot be renewed through the online library, as they are not loans from your own library group.
