Kaikukortti is a service aimed at individuals and families who are in a difficult financial situation and who are clients of units and organizations distributing the Kaikukortti (list below).

With the Kaikukortti, you can obtain free tickets to cultural and sports events as well as to cultural and sports facilities such as concerts, theaters, museums, swimming halls, and gyms.

To whom and on what terms

Kaikukortti is intended for young people, adults, older people, and families who are in a difficult financial situation.

You can get a Kaikukortti if:

  • you are at least 16 years old,
  • you have a low income and cannot afford tickets or course fees,
  • and you are a client of basic social services in the southeastern service area of the Wellbeing Services County of Lapland in Rovaniemi, or of another organisation or service that distributes Kaikukortti cards.

The card is personal and free of charge.
