The Kaikukortti can be obtained from social and health care service providers participating in the Rovaniemi Kaikukortti program. Please ask for your Kaikukortti from the staff at your service point.

To whom and on what terms

The Kaikukortti is intended for individuals and families in tight financial situations who are clients of Rovaniemi City social welfare services or another unit or organization distributing the Kaikukortti.

The card is personal and free of charge.

You may receive the Kaikukortti if:

  • You are at least 16 years old,
  • You use services from a social and health care provider participating in the Kaikukortti program, and
  • You are in a difficult financial situation and therefore cannot afford tickets or course places.

No separate proof of income is required to receive the card.
