You may be selected for labour market training if:
- you have completed your compulsory education
- the employment authority has determined that you have a need for training
- you are suitable for the training you are applying for and for the tasks the training prepares you for.
If you are under 20 years old, you can only be selected for labour market training if completing the training as self-motivated studies is not possible or appropriate.
The employment authority organising the training decides on student selection. The authority ensures that you meet the entry requirements for the training. The selection process may include interviews and suitability assessments. You will receive a written decision from the employment authority regarding the outcome of the selection.
