For 1st and 2nd graders attending school in Helsinki, as well as 3rd and 4th graders who have an administrative decision regarding learning support.
For children who have a decision regading teaching arrangements due to a disability, illness, or functional limitation, morning activities are organised in their own group at the child's school.
