Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) is an intensive, family-oriented working method used by child welfare services. It supports young people with severe symptoms and their families in dealing with challenges in everyday life and in times of crisis. The aim is to find effective ways for the family members to interact and communicate with each other.
