Home help services for families with children are intended, for example, in the following situations:
- challenges related to pregnancy and caring for a baby
- sudden fatigue or exhaustion of a parent
- families with multiples
- medical or therapy appointments for a parent or a sibling
- or another difficult life situation

The phone is answered by a family work supervisor Mon–Thu 12:00–13:00. They carry out the home visit required for granting home help services.
