The telephone service of the PAM Unemployment Fund is open as follows:
- Mondays: 10 AM–2 PM
- Tuesdays: 10 AM–5 PM
- Wednesdays: 10 AM–5 PM
- Thursdays: 10 AM–2 PM
- Fridays: 10 AM–2 PM
Exceptions to opening hours are informed on the Unemployment Fund's website.
