At playgrounds your child aged 1–5 can take part in organised activities during the weekdays. The minimum age is indicative. Your child can participate in activities when their developmental skills are sufficient to do so. For example, the child can already walk very independently.
You and the playground attendants evaluate together how long your child has the energy to stay at the playground.

- Fill out a playground application in early childhood education education’s online service eVaka.
To whom and on what terms
- Your child should be between the ages of 1–5 to take part in playground activities.
- A child can participate in guided playground activities when he or she is able to walk independently and the child's other individual abilities allow it.
- You cannot use both the playground activities and playschool activities at the same time for the same child.
- Please note that there are no playground activities if the temperature is -12 degrees Celsius or below.
