You can leave a contact request via DigiSoite's Help button. Via the Family phone service number, families with children can receive guidance, support and services from family centre services, as well as information about the possibilities offered by the third sector.
To whom and on what terms
The Family phone is meant for all families living within the Wellbeing services county of Central Ostrobothnia who have at least one underaged child. The Family phone can be contacted by both private persons and professionals.
Background information
If a child or family has problems related to their health, illness or disability, family or friend relationships or school attendance, the family is entitled to receive guidance and counselling in matters related to the services provided to the child and family. The counsellors explain what types of help and services are available, how they can be applied for, and what the preconditions for using them are. They guide the family to the right service providers. The counsellors do not make any service-related decisions.
