The registry receives documents addressed to the city and forwards them to the relevant service unit for processing. Documents to be recorded include:

  • residents’ initiatives
  • appeals
  • complaints
  • requests for opinions
  • statements
  • requests for responses and clarification
  • decisions
  • petitions.
