Service location

When you arrive, you can declare for your luggage at Customs by choosing the red channel. You can get advice from the Customs service point if necessary.

At the customer service point in the terminal lobby, you can take care of matters concerning customs, such as customs clearance of outbound passengers and tax-free stamping.

The over 10 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 m.
The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated and it uses movement-guiding surface material.
The route has a ramp under 6 m long, with handrails on one side.

The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
A portable induction loop is also available. Smart sound beacons are available too.
The customer service point has directions to the different facilities and uses movement-guiding surface material.
The waiting room of the customer service point has no queue number system. The customers wait standing up.
