Ekvalla beach is a child-friendly and accessible sand beach, which is free to use. The beach is supervised during the summer season.

There is one entrance to the beach. There are paved walkways, which are hard, smooth and sufficiently wide. A ramp leads to the water.
The beach has an information board, with a smooth and sufficiently wide walkway leading to it. The information board can also be looked at up close. The board has a map of the area.
The beach is guarded by a beach guard.
There is an accessible toilet on the beach, but it is difficult to find at a distance. The passage to the toilet is smooth and sufficiently wide.
The toilet entrance has 2 consecutive steps, with handrails on both sides. The steps are marked with contrast stripes.
The toilet entrance has a ramp over 6 meters long without an intermediate landing, with handrails on both sides.

There are men's/women's dressing rooms on the beach. The sign and entrance of the dressing room are discernible at a distance. The passage to the dressing room is smooth and sufficiently wide.
The dressing room entrance has a steep ramp under 6 meters long, with handrails on both sides.
The dressing room door opens easily manually. The doorway has a high threshold.
The dressing room has little room for a wheelchair and assistant. There are no lockers in the dressing room.
