Armas Tirronen's Mari of Käpylä is a bronze fountain sculpture of a child whose leg and both arms are raised forward. The postures of the child and the fish in the pedestal are suggestive of swimming or playing in water.
The fountain was unveiled in 1954. The work doesn’t belong to the City of Helsinki’s art collection, which is managed by HAM.
