Karjalaan jääneiden vainajien muistomerkki / Memorial to the dead who remained in Karelia

The bronze memorial depicts a nuclear family unit: mother, father and a small child. A slender cross rises high beside the figures. Armas Tirronen's works in Helsinki include Mari of Käpylä and Good Samaritan at the Meilahti Church.

The work doesn't belong to the City of Helsinki’s art collection, which is managed by HAM.
