The diverse outdoor gym in Lassila Sports Park offers opportunities for both lighter and heavier workouts.
You can find both outdoor gym equipment with adjustable weights and equipment for bodyweight training. There is also a rack with pull-up and hanging bars at various heights.
How to get there: The sports park area has a parking area, but you can also easily access the park by public transport.
