The outdoor gym at Linnunlauluntien offers a wide range of fitness and strength training activities. It is located right next to the centre of Helsinki, on the shores of Töölönlahti Bay.
The outdoor gym offers visitors a comprehensive range of outdoor exercise equipment with adjustable weights, bodyweight training equipment and a rack with bars at different heights for pull-ups and stretching.
