The main entrance is approximately 15 meters from the drop-off point.
The 3 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 meters from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 meters.
The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
There is an accessible barrier-free route from the property's upper parking area to the main entrance. If arriving on foot, you must either walk up the stairs or go around the parking area via the sidewalk. The alternative route includes an uphill section.
The passage has at least 4 steps, with handrails on both sides.

The customer service point is on the entrance floor.
The customer service point has directions to the different facilities.
The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly. The glass doors have contrast markings.
The waiting room of the customer service point has a queue number system and seats.
The customer service point has a toilet marked as accessible on the same floor. The toilet door cannot be easily opened and closed.
