You can receive rehabilitation for long-term mental health and substance abuse problems in accordance with your individual treatment plan, for example through groups and outreach services. The goal of treatment is to support self-understanding, find ways of thinking and acting that support mental health and functional capacity, and strengthen self-compassion and resources.
