Stora Herrö / Recreational island

The shores of Stora Herrö are mostly rocky, but you can also find shallow sandy inlets and seaside meadows on the eastern side of the island. The forest areas are dominated by pine trees, but there are also some spruce trees growing on the shores and in the dips between the rocks. Söderviken in the southern part of the island features a small sedge fen.
