Accessibility information

The 3 accessible parking spaces are located in a parking hall under 10 meters from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 meters.
The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with an opening button.
The customer service/cashier's desk is located on a different floor than this entrance.
This entrance leads to the same lift as the main entrance.

The sports facilities are located on floor 2.
For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold 2 wheelchairs,; the door opens automatically. The floor numbers in the lift can be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for a stretcher in a lift are width 1.2 m and depth 2.3 m.)
The service point has directions to the different facilities.
The facility has a toilet marked as accessible on floor 2. The requirements for accessibility are not met, as the door is not easy to open and close.
The customer service/cashier's desk is located on the same floor as the sports facilities.
The customer service/cashier's desk can be found easily. The desk is accessible to customers sitting down or standing.
At the customer service/cashier's desk, you can borrow a shower wheelchair, rollator walker.

The dressing rooms are located on the same floor as the sports facilities.
The accessible dressing room is located in connection to the men's/women's dressing rooms. The door of the dressing room opens automatically with an opening button and the doorway has a low threshold. In the dressing room, the door of the accessible section opens easily by hand.
The accessible dressing room features a dressing bench and sufficient room for an assistant. There are lockers in the dressing room. An accessible toilet is provided in connection to the men's/women's dressing room.
The facility also has a separate accessible dressing room. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open. The doorway has no threshold.

The separate accessible dressing room has sufficient room for a wheelchair and assistant. Good illumination and clear contrasts facilitate spatial perception. There are lockers in the dressing room. An accessible toilet is connected to the dressing room.
An accessible shower room is available in connection to the separate accessible dressing room. The door opens easily manually. The doorway has no threshold.
The shower room has a more spacious and accessible showering spot with a seat and armrest as well as a support railing.
An accessible sauna is available in connection to the separate accessible dressing room. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
The sauna has room for two wheelchairs. It is possible to move onto the lowest bench from the wheelchair.

Room is available next to the pools for storing aids during swimming. The handrails on the wall facilitate navigating the pool area.
The large/deep pool features accessible entry via a pool lift or gently-sloping steps. The pool lift can be used independently. The steps have handrails on both sides.
The children's pool features accessible entry via a pool lift or gently-sloping steps. The pool lift can be used independently. The steps have handrails on both sides.
The whirlpool bath does not feature accessible entry (steep steps or a pool ladder).
A separate teaching pool is not available. Teaching is provided in the children's pool.
