Do the following
Apply for the services with the form “Hakemus päihde- ja riippuvuustyön erityiseen palveluun”. When the application form has arrived, an assessment of the client’s need for services is done in accordance with the Social Welfare Act. With the help of the assessment of the need for services, the correct timing of, the need for and the effectiveness of services is discussed with the client. A fixed-term decision that is in accordance with the Social Welfare Act is made on the service that the client has applied for, and the decision is mailed to the client.
To whom and on what terms
Social services within addiction services are provided to all residents in Soite’s area who have addiction symptoms or a background with addiction. Applying for institutional rehabilitation does not require a prior client relationship in social welfare or health care.
