Do the following

Contact our customer service by phone or leave a contact request through our website. We will get back to you no later than the next working day to agree on a time for a free consultation visit. During the consultation, we will review your service needs together and agree on the practical arrangements to ensure a smooth start of the service.

To whom and on what terms

Temporary home care is intended for anyone who needs support with daily tasks at home or outside the home when functional ability is temporarily reduced.

The service can be provided VAT-exempt if the client has a functional limitation that prevents managing the services independently. Eligibility for VAT exemption does not depend on age but is assessed by a professional during the consultation visit.

The service is eligible for a household tax credit in accordance with the Finnish Tax Administration’s guidelines, if paid privately. Please note that the credit cannot be claimed for the same work if it is covered, for example, by a service voucher. In addition, clients may apply for a service voucher from their wellbeing services county to cover the costs, depending on local practices.
