There are deadlines for submitting a notification of terminating operations in certain situations that are listed below.
Submit a written notification no later than 30 days before terminating the operations if
- you practice professional or large-scale keeping of dogs, cats or other companion or recreational purposes
- you operate a wild animal shelter
Submit a notification of termination to the regional state administrative agency of the area in which you operate.
