A change will take place in Service Management: the instructions and news of Suomi.fi Services will move to the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website on 30 October

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency will publish the new Suomi.fi for Service Developers website aimed at developers of digital services in public administration on 30 October 2024. In future, all instructions, news and other material targeted at digital developers in Suomi.fi Services will be compiled on the website.
What will change?
As from 30 October, all up-to-date instructions, news and service disruption notices related to Suomi.fi Services will be found on the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website at kehittajille.suomi.fi.
Redirects from the contents in Service Management to the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website will be created as from 30 October. However, previously saved direct links to instructions in Service Management may not all work any more.
The new website provides clearly structured instructions, tools and good practices for the planning, implementation and development of digital services.
What will remain in Service Management?
Although most of the content will be moved to the new website, tasks requiring identification will still be carried out in Service Management. The following will remain in Service Management:
- submission of access permits
- user management
- logging into Finnish Service Catalogue and Quality Tools
- downloading the metadata for Suomi.fi Identification
- Reports on Suomi.fi services.
How will the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website support organisations?
The new Suomi.fi for Service Developers website provides an extensive overall picture of the national support services for digitalisation, such as Suomi.fi Services. The website also contains information about cyber and digital security and guides for the planning of risk management and responsible utilisation of AI.
The Suomi.fi for Service Developers website will help organisations digitalise their services and ensure that the services will be of a high quality.
