Digital First briefings for employees of public administration organisations and digital support providers in autumn 2025

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency will hold monthly Digital First briefings for people working in various public administration organisations and digital support providers in autumn 2025.

In these events, we will tell you how and when the transition towards primarily digital communication with the authorities will affect the customers of public administration organisations and digital support providers.

A summary recording of the event will also be made available on the Digital and Population Data Services Agency’s website in Finnish, Swedish and English.

The Digital First briefings this will be held on:

• Fri 29 August from 13:00 to 13:30
• Fri 26 September from 13:00 to 13:30
• Fri 31 October from 13:00 to 13:30
• Fri 28 November from 13:00 to 13:30
• Fri 19 December from 13:00 to 13:30
