Growing number of users and good feedback at Suomi.fi for Service Developers

The Suomi.fi for Service Developers website, intended for professionals who guide and promote the digitalisation of society, was launched on 30 October 2024.

The number of visitors to the website has grown since launch. In November 2024, there were slightly more than 10,000 visits, and in March 2025, the number of visits had already grown to 17,000. During the first six months, there was a total of more than 80,000 visits and over 210,000 page loads.

The website is easy to find on search engines, and a large part of our visitors land on the website that way.

Plenty of positive feedback on the content

According to the usability tests (in Finnish) in December 2024, users thought that the site clear, accessible and useful. 

Feedback on the website content concurs with this impression. By the end of April 2025, we had received nearly 1,000 pieces of content feedback, with 72% of users satisfied or partially satisfied. What’s amazing is that looking only at the feedback for the Suomi.fi for Service Developers guides, 94% of the respondents were satisfied or partially satisfied.

Critical feedback has also been important, as it has helped us to see which content we need to clarify or supplement. The website and content are easy to improve when we receive lots of suggestions.
