Welcome to communications session on 7 April 2026 from 12:00 to 13:00. In this session, we will explain how the transition to digital official mail will be implemented, who it affects, and how organisations can communicate the change clearly to their customers.

During the event, we will present updated communication materials for organisations and share:

• when the change will take effect
• how it will impact public sector organisations and customers’ everyday lives
• how organisations can communicate the change in a clear and understandable way
