The Terms and Conditions of Use for the Data Exchange Layer have been updated.
The section concerning certificates has been updated to reflect the transition to applying for certificates via the Digital and Population Data Services Agency (DVV) e-services.
- Going forward, when completing the application for a use permit, organisations will no longer authorise the Data Exchange Layer Operator to apply for the certificates required in the Data Exchange Layer on their behalf, except in separately agreed exceptional situations.

The update of the Terms and Conditions of Use does not require any actions from the organisation if it accepts the updated terms. If the organisation does not accept the updated terms, it must notify the Service Provider.
