Suomi.fi Service Management is working again normally

Suomi.fi Service Management was working only partially between 7th and 8th April 2026. During that time a technical issue was preventing applications from being submitted. It was also not possible to download applications or decisions.

The situation was caused by a disruption at Service Management’s background service. The situation is now resolved and the service is functioning normally again.
