Disruption is over: Temporary slowdown in Suomi.fi e-Identification 11.8.2025

The disruption in Suomi.fi e-Identification is over. Due to the disruption the service may have occasionally worked slowly between 12:30 a.m. on August 10 and 8:45 a.m. on August 11. However, if identification still fails, try again a short while later.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency has resolved the error and the service functions normally again.
