The provider of the printing, enveloping and delivery service (TKJ) for Suomi.fi Messages is changing

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency has conducted a procurement process for the printing, enveloping and delivery service (TKJ) for Suomi.fi Messages for a new contract period. Based on the procurement process, Edita Prima has been selected as the new service provider. For paper-based verifiable service, Posti Messaging will continue as the service provider.

The change of provider will include a transition period of several months.

Together with the current provider, Posti Messaging, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency has ensured that the TKJ service will remain available without interruption throughout the transition period.

In the coming weeks, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency will provide more information about the timetable, the effects of the change and any actions required. We will contact all organisations and system providers that currently use the TKJ service.

If your system does not yet support the TKJ service but support for the service is being planned, please contact Suomi.fi Messages deployment support at viestit-kayttoonotot@dvv.fi. We will explain what should be taken into account when implementing the service.
