A pilot has a right to pilot in such fairways for which he or she has received a right to serve as pilot licence granted by the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom.
You can apply for a pilotage exemption certificate that is either fairway-specific or area-specific exemption from compulsory pilotage. You can add vessels to the PEC licence with a passed practical pilotage test.
