You can use Traficom’s Apply for a driving licence permit to upgrade a driving licence -service when you want to add new licence categories by taking the driving test.
The driving licence permit must be valid when you take the driving test. Complete the required driving instruction at a driving school or with a driving instruction permit before the test.
