As an employer, the employment authority provides you with advice and assistance in filling a vacancy and information on your sector’s jobseekers and the labour market situation. Financial support may be granted to employers if the person employed is unemployed or the person’s disability or illness requires other support.

If you need advice or employment services, contact the employment authority in your area.

You can post a job advertisement on JobMarket-website after logging into the service with online banking credentials or a mobile certificate. When you create a job advertisement, JobMarket will suggest suitable job seekers for the position.

You can also report an open job using an online form. An announcement submitted on a weekend or public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

In the Company's and Employer's E-service, you can browse ongoing employment training or submit a contact request to employment services.

Information on all service channels is not available in your chosen language. Change the language of the site to receive information on service channels in other languages.
