Application for a Permit to Fly according to Part-21

Use this form to apply for a permit to fly in accordance with EASA Form 21. A permit to fly is required when the certificate of airworthiness is not valid or cannot be issued for some reason, but the aircraft can nevertheless be used for safe aviation.
