If you live in Helsinki and have just received a residence permit, card or registered your right of residence, you may be able to receive services supporting integration provided by the City of Helsinki.

Integration services for those not seeking employment are intended for you if:
You are a newcomer who has received a residence permit in Finland no more than three years ago.
And you are not seeking employment, for example, because you are taking care of a child at home, you have a disability or illness, or you are retired or a caregiver.
Generally, you can receive integration services for 1–2 years.
