The mediation process is organized by the professionals working at the Mediation Office. To whom and on what terms
The parties involved in a criminal or civil case, a guardian of a minor, the police or prosecutor and other authorities can submit a mediation request to the mediation office. In domestic violence cases, only the police or prosecutor can initiate mediation. The mediation office will assess whether the case is suitable for mediation with the parties involved.
