Taxi operations require that the entrepreneur or company has a taxi transport licence, the driver has a taxi driving licence and the vehicle used in taxi traffic has been entered in the register for operation subject to licence. It is also possible to run a taxi operation based on a valid goods or passenger transport licence after making a notification.
